The Elite Family Process

We make the process of adding to your parenting team smooth and provide the materials each nanny needs to facilitate a vibrant learning environment in the comfort of your home! Submit the online contact form. A representative will reach out to conduct a consultation to understand the family’s needs and wants. Submit the search fee payment, and ENA will begin finding your family the perfect nanny from our established pipeline of nannies.

We will provide each family with a few candidates to review and select to interview based on the requirements gathered during the family and agency intake call. We encourage all of our families to interview the selected Nanny candidates face-to-face to ensure that their skills and personality are the right fit for you and your family. A copy of each candidate’s personality test will be provided to the family for review upon making a decision. After all, you will share wonderful memories during very intimate moments.
